What makes Mick Fanning Softboards different from standard softboards?
MF Softboards are designed with a carbon fiber and epoxy construction underneath a soft exterior, providing the performance of a professional surfboard with the safety and durability of a softboard.
How long does shipping take for a new board?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location, while international shipping may take 10-14 days.
Which fin system do MF Softboards use?
Our boards are equipped with the FCS II or Futures fin system, allowing you to use high-performance fins to customize your ride according to the conditions.
What is your return policy for surfboards?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused boards in their original packaging. Please note that once a board has been waxed or taken into the water, it is no longer eligible for return.
Do I need to wax my MF Softboard?
Yes, while the deck has a high-quality texture, we recommend applying a light coat of surf wax to ensure maximum grip and performance during your session.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
All MF Softboards come with a 12-month manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. This does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear or impact.
